A completed application must be submitted by all applicants looking for placement thru Condustrial, Inc.

Your application will be completed via our web-based Compass Application solution or In-person at one of our branch or EMS onsite locations.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Once you have completed the initial application, you will discuss the potential position or positions in which you are best suited. Our staff will work to match your set of skills with the best client. Interviews may include required testing, questions, etc. submitted by our client.

BACKGROUND / DRUG SCREENING

Condustrial, Inc. runs a background check and completes a drug screen on every applicant. Background checks and drug test are subject to special client requirements beyond our standard background and drug screen.

ORIENTATION / SAFETY TRAINING

Prior to being placed on assignment, you will complete the safety video or other required safety training related to your position.

For those working in a facility, you will complete the required job orientation / facility orientation. Details of requirements of that orientation will be determined by the client.

EMPLOYMENT

Employment can range from supplemental (short to long-term), Long-term/ Full time, Temp to Hire, Direct Hire, and Seasonal Hire
