Procedures
Each year, our safety team reviews and updates our Safety and Health Procedures to be current with our ever-changing industry. These procedures meet – and even exceed – governing standards while still being “field-friendly” so that we can complete our jobs efficiently. By continually updating our safety standards and resources, we foster a sense of pride among our employees in staying safe at every level of our business.
Training
Training, focus, and accountability all contribute to a safe place to work. At Condustrial, we are proud to offer our employees innovative training programs and continued education to help them stay out of harm’s way while working.
Safety = Attitude
Condustrial strives to find candidates who see safety as an attitude and are committed to bringing that attitude to work each day.
Condustrial believes that there are certain principles each employee should be informed about and trained on. Our principles are founded upon five main hazards:
- Slips, Trips and Falls
- Electrocution Hazards
- Caught‐In or ‐Between
- Struck-By
- Cuts and Scrapes
Our employees have access to both formal and informal safety training. In addition to classroom training, we also conduct onsite training in the field.
