In this role as an Electronic Technician, your primary responsibility is ensuring that the manufacturing equipment and facilities run at peak performance. Your daily tasks will include:
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and PID controllers, along with performing critical electrical and electronic repairs.
- Equipment Optimization: Maintaining and developing equipment improvements to keep manufacturing processes running efficiently.
- Quality Assessments & Documentation: Conducting regular quality checks and creating thorough documentation and procedures to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the mechanical maintenance team during breakdowns and improvement projects, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

- Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience working with PLCs.
